Mid Century Framed Postcard Sized Oil Painting 2

Mildred B. Munro, born in 1920, was an artist in Canterbury who exhibited in the Canterbury Society of Arts in the early 1970's. She painted landscapes of rural New Zealand and I was lucky enough to find 6 of these postcard sized oil paintings, still in their original frames. I can't bear to part with all of them at this stage, so I have chosen 2 scenes to sell separately, that have fabulous colours in keeping with current colour trends. It was almost impossible to choose as they are all stunning pieces!

The frames have some minor damage with a few small chips and movement in the corner seams, but still strong and solid. The painting is in an excellent condition.

Frame: 21cm x 16cm x 3.5cm deep

Painting: 15cm x 10cm
